The founder
Nadia El Baroudi-Kostrikis
Dr. Nadia El Baroudi-Kostrikis holds dual citizenship from Cyprus and Morocco. She is a lawyer by training but does not define herself strictly by her legal qualifications. Nor does she consider that in the increasingly busy intersection of Law, Trade, Development, Technology, Business and Culture, legal skills are enough to comprehensively tackle the complexities and challenges that the 21st century poses for these sectors.
Nadia believes not just in the force and the detail of the Law but also in her own skills in management, public relations, negotiation, communication and problem solving to capture opportunities, strike partnerships and resolve conflicts. She brings to the table her own deep experience and vast range of skills drawn from years of working in different fields, for different entities, in different countries and from uniquely different perspectives.
Nadia’s capacity to address the emerging digital and broader technological landscape and to operate within contrasting and complementary fields and culture epitomizes the legal profession’s modern evolution. She offers strategic thinking, effective legal business counselling and problem solving that result in successful practical solutions for MENALINK’s clients.
